The Blue Heron Company is pleased to offer your group excellent value and the unique experience of glass-bottom and jet boat tours in Fathom Five National Marine Park.

Off Season - May 7-June 24 and September 6-October 16, 2011

PEAK SEASON - (June 25-Sept. 5 -- excluding all Long Weekends)

Regular rates less 10%

Policy

• Must be prearranged groups booked and paid in advance.
• Groups must pre-pay in full in one transaction, not individually.
• For every group paid for 48 hours in advance, 2 chaperones travel free – not available to walk up customers.
• No Group Rates on Long Weekends including: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day & Thanksgiving.
• Departure Times will follow our regularly published schedule. If there is a time that is not published that your group would like to arrange please call 519-596-2999 to arrange.
• Trips leave on time (there may be other passengers onboard).
• Additional tickets will be sold on tours that are not filled by groups.
• If your group needs to cancel or the number of passengers in your group changes we need to know 24 hours prior to departure or you will be charged in full for the amount of people booked.
• No additional passengers will be permitted on a full boat.
• All cruise routes subject to change at our discretion. No refunds if the tour route changes.
• We reserve the right to cancel at any time due to weather.
  • If we cancel you will receive a full refund.
• The group must be present at our ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure time.
• If your group is between 30 and 46 people and you would like your own private glass-bottom boat with varying routes and times available please call 519-596-2999 for more information. We can arrange tours to suit your needs and budget!!!

The following information applies only to groups that have reserved to disembark onto Flowerpot Island:

• National Park Entry Fees have not been charged to you at this time but these can be purchased at the time of ticket pick-up
• You may be transferred to the island via our Jet Boats – these are open boats and you may experience considerable spray and motion at any time.
• Drop-offs are weather dependant and due to low water levels cannot be guaranteed
  • If drop offs are not possible for any reason you will only be charged the Stay Aboard Rates
• If low water levels persist we will not be able to drop passengers off on the Beachy Cove dock at Flowerpot Island  
  • We will be dropping passengers off onto a moveable dock at various locations around the island.
  • Drop-off locations can be rocky with uneven ground – proper footwear is required.
  • If weather conditions change throughout the day the dock may be moved to a different location for pick up’s.

A special consideration for late season trips - from mid-September to Thanksgiving, we only operate approximately 60% or less of our regular schedule due to strong winds, so call first or have alternate plans (one good alternative is to visit the new Parks Canada Visitor Center, with displays, trails and lookout tower - all located within walking distance of the Tobermory harbour).

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute vessels and/or cruise routes at any time. We reserve the right to cancel at any time; if we cancel your group will receive a full refund.
