Great Blue Heron cruise description - Canada's largest glass bottom boat, the 125 passenger Great Blue Heron departs from Little Tub Harbour, downtown Tobermory. The 2  hour tour begins with a visit to two nineteenth century shipwrecks located in Tobermory's Big Tub Harbour. From there we proceed to Russel Island, cruising over some very shallow water on our way across the Devil Island Channel and over to White Rock. We then head into Cove Island where we will see White Rock, Cove Island Harbour, the Otter Islands and then around Flowerpot Island.
Features include a large glass bottom, a look out bow, snack bar, washroom and if it gets too cool on those early spring or late fall trips, the cabin is heated.
