Occasionally due to low water levels at Beachy Cove we drop passengers off at various Parks Canada approved locations on Flowerpot Island. To do this we use our own portable dock system shown here. We are currently working with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans to secure this location ( lightstation ) for future use. If water levels continue to drop on the Great Lakes this may be the only way to access the Island.
